History:
Abandoned by her parents when she was 5, Reeve adopted Cleo. He found her wandering around aimlessly in the woods. He asked her where her parents where. Cleo didn't know what exactly to say, so she said her parents were dead. At that point, he decided to take her in. One reason was that Reeve didn't want Gast to turn her into one of his experiments. He was young as well at the time, and had just joined the Shin-Ra. Although Cleo was young, she knew her new 'father' would be fun to be around! She also convinced herself that he WAS her real father. Reeve also noticed that Cleo was wearing a cute little cat headed necklace, and on the back of it, was attached a summon materia. He asked her what the summon was. Cleo replied that she didn't know, so he removed it from her necklace and decided to give it a shot. He threw it into, and it dropped to the ground (With a groan, Cleo fell over! **dies**). Cleo walked over, picked it up and tried it as well, and what do ya know..! It worked! The materia burnt into blue flames and with a flash of lightning a giant cobalt Bahamut appeared. Reeve almost freaked out when he saw the creature, Cleo just stood there makin' weird little aweing sounds! The Dragon landed in front of them and bowed at the sight of Cleo for some reason, then told them that his name was Flash..! Flash Bahamut! (The names Bond! James Bond! .. .Wait a minute...) Flash mentioned that only Cleo can summon him, and Cleo only. Cleo giggled her head off and jumped around doin' some weird funky dance; Flash groaned then disappeared. Cleo re attached the materia to her necklace and went back to giggling and dancing weird...Reeve just stood there with a weird look on his face. Anyways, at first, Reeve spent his time keeping Cleo hidden from President Shinra, since he had no idea what he would think of her for one..! After about a year of that, he gave up and just let Cleo wander around the place without a care..!

As she got older, Cleo got bored with the same old, same old. She also never went to school, because she was so different from everyone else, being a big purple cat and all. She learned pretty much everything she new from Reeve, and her Summon Flash Bahamut. Whenever Cleo bugged Flash about her past, Flash always seemed to act weird (Not the natural weirdness either..). He would say something like he has a lunch with Odin or a card game with Infrit, or somethin' weird like that, then disappear. Obviously, he wasn't telling her something..! She also had other summons, that she never let Reeve see, for some reason. She knew these summons, but never really knew where they came from...One was a Falcon, she didn't pay attention to this one since she would chase her around; Aleria. (Think about it, a bird! A cat!) A strange fiend that called itself Zeberi that seemed to ignore everything...And her last one...The one she wish she never really had...Shambler. Cleo always tried to keep the materia used to summon him locked up somewhere, because of his total insanity!! He always runs around terrorizing everybody, and everything and demanding things and wanting ice cream for some reason!! And etc!! When Reeve first..uh...'met' Shambler; Shambler attacked Reeve, sat on his and started to yell "Who's the man!! A'S THE MAN!!" and went of ranting from there...!! Cleo freaked out when she saw this and started chasing Shambler around (Shambler's only scared of her, since she owns him..) until she got him to disappear..somewhere.. .Reeve had to friggin' clue as to what happened, until she explained what it was and everything else..

When she was 23, Reeve, for some reason (Probably since he was asked to find someone for the job..), some how got Cleo to become a turk..! (Guess who was a Turk before Elena got there..) She didn't exactly enjoy it all that much, having to be around that reject Reno...She knew him when she was younger, he picked on her and always made fun of her because she was a cat, Cleo got back at him and slashes his face off. Well, years later, he obviously never forgot that since he said to her when she jined the Turks that he'd get her back some how. That explains the scars on her face.. (Not gonna get into that, let's just summerize it into; Reno attacked her while they were on a mission, it got really violent and bloody, and they both ended up in the hospital..). She doesn't trust Reno one friggin' bit anymore, and will seriously hurt him everytime she see's him, which is why she quit. She was now 25, and around this time, she went back to being her normal bored self...Then she decided to do somethin' creative...Since she seemed to have a weird fasination with both Motorcyles and Planes, she revamped a really crappy bike she found in the building...She didn't seem to get to finish it since some blonde dork stole the goddamn thing! (..!) So she started from scratch and made a better one that could go around 200 km/h on the ground (She doesn't drive it that fast on the ground, she's not THAT insane... .yet..), and could fly as well! She was happy with what she built...She kept this one locked in a garage where no slime sucking vommit licking twinkie's could steal it..! (Heh..)

She got to the point of extreme boredem that she took her bike (Which she has dubbed 'Dragster'..) and just drive around aimlessly, maybe trying to figure out what the hell is up with everything lately...Or to find out where her parents were, which ever came first (WTF..?!). After takin' a nice LONG flight over the ocean, she eventually made her way to a place called Rocket Town...Where she met a really ugly and stupid bitch named Shera...She was just so...weird!! She calls her Slutra! (HAH!!) She kept going on about someone she called The Captain..?! She later this guy, Cid Highwind, and HEHEEE-HAHAHA-HoOooo.. ..In other words, SHE LIKED HIM!! (Like doesn't begin to describe it.. .) Something seemed odd though, as if she met him before, a long time ago.. (She DID!). She wouldn't leave him alone for the longest time; she also noticed he swore A LOT! But hey, she didn't care, she seemed to swear a lot too...but it got worse when she started to hang around him...! Cleo was surprized that Cid didn't mind her around, or that she was a..purple cat...! They also seemed to get..a little CLOSER if ya know what I mean... . (Shaddap, I know a guy who IS Cid for god sakes and loves the hell outta Cleo, so I got proof that he would! HAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!). Cleo decided to go visit Reeve since he would by know be really ticked since he was over protective of Cleo, and since she's been gone so long. ..!! Before she left, Cid was hyped up about something...Something about the new president, Rufus, was coming, to maybe reopen the space program...She wasn't sure...SO, she left, hopin' ta come right back as soon as friggin' possible..! Well, when she did get back Cid wasn't there. ..She asked Shera, and all she said was that he left with someone named Cloud Strife, some really spiky-headed blond guy... .That rang a bell for some reason.. .AGAIN, she left on Dragster, this time to find Cid.. ..When she finally did track down where he was, she surprized the hell outta him by leaping onto his back; in front AVALANCHE. Everyone just stared at her. She giggled oddly then got down and introduced herself to everyone. They didn't exactly seem to acknowledge the fact that she exsisted...Except that Red Lion/Wolf thing.. .Who wouldn't leave her alone.. ....Cloud seemed to look firmiliar--He's that ding bat that stole her bike!! Cleo got pissed off and beat the hell outta Cloud while ranting about him stealing her bike..!

Wandering around aimlessly sometimes is a good thing, especially for Cleo since she ran into a small little green thing wearing a mask..! The strange thing was that it totally freaked out and started calling Cleo, Chika?! She had no idea what this little guy was on. It ran off into the bushes, Cleo wanted to know why, and followed it into a large area filled with (kinda) small wooden houses and dozens...No, hundreds! No wait, More then that!! of those little guys wandering around. She said to herself, When did I hit the disney land?! Siddenly all of them stopped and started to srround her! She didn't know what to do! She thought of fighting the little guys off, until one which seemed to be their leader bowed to her and started ranting something in a different language. Cleo looked really clued out on what was happening. The one that was speaking stopped and looked at her oddly, then finally spoke english, asking her if she was not Chika, who was she...Cleo replied telling her name to them. They all looked shocked then started to rant to each other in their language, then the 'leader' snapped her fingers and they all stopped in an instant then said 'We're glad to have you back!'. She had no friggin' clue what she was talking about...The..TIKI! Introduced herself to her, as Tatu, and the others, namely the highest in rank, Gamba, the head warrior, and huntsmen, Quali, one of the top sorceress', Zahur, another huntsmen, and..Nassor... .An insane little freak that for some reason they have given a higher rank?! (WTF!!! **dies**). Tatu then explained everything to Cleo. Cleo then finally understood everything then went blank, started screaming and running around yelling 'I'm a Queen of a bunch of TIKIS?!? WTF IS GOING ON!!!!'. Tatu said that it's wonderful having her back, as the Queen, since they didn't want Mika to be. 'Mika?!'.

Mika was the main reason why Cleo was lost to the tribe, since she wanted to be ruler, having these guys to control, even though Mika was only just 5, she was really smart for her age...She planned the whole thing on getting rid of Cleo. She dragged her sister out of the village and some distance and said that Mom and Dad didn't want her around anymore and that she should just leave! Cleo believed her sister and just...left. Mika was happy as hell! Chika and Tau weren't. Years later, Chika was murdered by an unknown...A tragic loss for everyone...Except for Mika..she thought of it as her chance to finally take over...Tatu said that Cleo will become leader. Mika freaked, and yelled that Cleo was dead. Tatu shook her head and told them that she knew Cleo was still alive somewhere..Mika got pissed off and stormed off. Tau left Tatu in charge and left, hoping to find Cleo. He never returned, and was never heard from again...Tatu couldn't even tell if he was still alive or not. With Cleo missing and Mika pissed off and gone, Tatu was left in charge of the tribe. Her only hope was that Cleo would come back.. .And that nothing would happen to her, or Mika even, since they were the last two of their kind.....Meeting Mika for the first time was the worst day of her LIFE! Well, sorta...She had no idea who the hell she was when she fired an arrow at her (Mika's weapon is a crossbow.) and jumped from no where and punched Cleo hard enough to knock her down. Cleo remembered what Tatu had said, and she then knew who it was. Mika wanted her dead right on the spot! Cleo quickly cracked out Twilight Talon and beat the hell outta Mika before she could do anything. Mika ran off, and Cleo yelled out to her 'WHORE!' (HAH!! - Ever since then, EVERYONE now calls her whore..).

One day, while dealing with the Tikis in her same ole fashion; Yell and rant at them until they listened, when she ran into someone while trying to find Nassor...Her name was Cephire, she was riding a gold Chocobo and seemed to be lost...and hiding somethin'!! That goddamn Nassor is what she was hiding...She wouldn't let Cleo have Nassor back since she thought Cleo was going to hurt Nassor. She only gave Nassor back to Cleo when Cleo promised she wouldn't hurt him. After she sent all the Tikis back to the village, Cephire asked if Cleo would help her, since she WAS lost. It's not like she jumped at the chance, she didn't exactly want to, but for some reason she decided to go along with her...

Summon Attacks:
  • Flash Bahamut (Flash Flare)
    Flash Bahamut is a non-elemental attack that takes out about 4000-6000 HP! (And keeps gettin' better!!!) When she summons it the Flash Bahamut can be heard growling, she throws the materia and it bursts into blue flames, lightening flashes and strikes, then Flash (For short) drops from the sky, then does some arm movements that make it look like it's commanding something then everything around the enemy breaks and falls apart; with Flash following, the opponent find themselves now in the sky, where Flash lifts it's head straight up where the energy source forms then Flash shifts it's whole body up so it's aiming at the enemy then fires the energy at them, along with lightning. It's impossible to dodge this attack..!

  • Shambler (Electric Shock)
    A lightning attack that's a bit more powerful then Bolt 3 (Starts off like that and just keeps on getting stronger!). When summoned, first it just shows a shot of the ground, then you see it's hoove. Turns to look up at it then zooms out, showing Shambler standing there looking pissed off. Shambler then lifts it arms above his head and lightning starts to form bewtween his hands, then he puts his hands in front of himself, towards the opponent then lightning strikes down from above to all opponents, sometimes leaving a crator! Like all summons, it's impossible to dodge this attack..! And if ya try, Shambler will zap the hell out of you a lot more then the others..!

  • Zeberi (Demon Slash)
    The Fiend, Zeberi, jumps out of no where and runs over and slashes the opponent in two. And if the opponent has more HP then Zeberi can cut in two, he'll still jump out of no where and slash it, but insted will take out a some of the HP (Much like the Odin attack!). He'll also sometimes come running out holding a golf club then jump at the opponents and start whacking them with it over their heads! Cleo's summons are really weird..! Zeberi is also the Tiki tribe's pet Fiend! (The golfing Fiend! HEH! Don't ask how he holds the club.. .)

  • Aleria (Falcon Dive)
    Aleria appears and lands on Cleo's arm. Cleo then points at the enemy with her other hand, then Aleria nods, jumps up into the air and flies straight up into the clouds, building up energy as she gets higher, then comes diving down super fast, building up even MORE energy, and dives and swoops up through the opponent causing a great amount of damage..! She'll also sometimes do somethin' like the Chocobo/Mog attack; Appear from a distance, flying straight at the opponent, and slam right into them! She falls over, landing on her head, then the rest of her body falls over, and has little swirls for eyes and just lies there. Cleo slaps her forehead. Shambler appears, grabs Aleria and takes off.

  • Warrior's Attack (Tiki Tribe)
    Gamba appears, along with tons of Tiki soliders (Zahur being one of the Tiki soilder's! You'll notice him 'cause he's wearing the most armor [He wears armor only when doin' this and hurtin', and when he's on duty as a guard..], and only one with wings). They surround the opponent, then they ram through them, and ending up on the oppisite side they were on. Then they disappear. This attack takes out about 500 per enemy. The materia for this summon is only used for calling the Tikis. She doesn't tend to use this summon all that much, since she doesn't like having the Tikis around when she's battling..!

    Favorite Sayings:
    "DWA!" (Or Dwargh, or anything with dwa in it..!)
    "Actually my biggest fantasy involves you, liver loaf, and a pack of starving rotwillers!"
    "I'll claw out your rib cage, and wear it as a hat!"
    "No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!!" (Usually when she appears outta no where)
    "Shut up you slime sucking, vommit licking, alge eating, pile of piegon crap!!!" (She sometimes adds more onto this!)

    Personality:
    She can be a lovable person when she's in a good mood..! And she's not exactly the type of person you want to be around when she's pissed off, which tends to happen quite often...When she's pissed off, the only person she doesn't really beat the shit out of is Cid (Gee! I wonder why..!). She likes it when the Tikis actually do what she says! (That doesn't happen much..) Sometimes the only thing that makes her happy is Cid, and beating the hell outta her sister, Mika..! And calling Mika a whore..! HAH! Everyone calls her that all the time, and it's so funny! She just loves it! (Mika's such a bitch..) Lately, she's been getting a lot more use to her insane summon, Shambler..! She's starting to love how he's always acting so stupid! Shambler makes her laugh when he attacks Mika, or when he's dancing like Austin Powers. But she hates when he dresses like her, or anyone else to that matter..

    Weakness/Strength:
    Well of course, Cleo is a cat, and she totaly hates water! Even if she had one of those water rings it still wouldn't help that much. She's also weak against things normal cats are weak against, like a smiple things as cat nip and what not (Heh!). She's also not the smartest thing in the world when it comes to certain things...So that pretty much works out as a weakness (I guess..). She's also a good fighter, but sometimes, for some reason, just plain sucks at it...Her strength is in anything dealing with lightning! Also, since she's a cat, she has ablilities exactly like them..! Also, her claws can extend to about almost a foot or so in length!! (Don't ask, only her out of her entire race has ever had claws like this..!) And are impossible to break (Maybe Tatu has somethin' ta do with that!).

    Limit Breaks:
    Level 1
  • Siamese Flip (She begins with this)
    This limit break is also one of her normal physical attacks, yet more powerful. Cleo runs over and summersalts over the enemies head but before landing she kicks out her legs and kicks them in the back, knocking them over. She then lands behind them and as shes running back, same time as they get up, slashes them with her claws, and returns back to her fighting stance!

  • Purrafied (Learns it)
    She takes a step forward, just slashes the air, no where near the opponents, just in front of them where she is standing and sets stop/paralize on all opponents for a while. When the opponents come out of it, slow is casted on them. Unless they're killed before that happens! A good combination is doing Purrafied first then so Siamese flip! Takes the opponent out so much faster!

  • Shambler (Learns it)
    Ok, her limit breaks suck, ok! She summons Shambler, he comes running over dressed like Cleo! (He cross-dresses! **dies laughing**) Cleo yells at him for that! He backs away a bit, sweatdropped and with a weird look on his face, then spins around and dresses in armor that makes him look exactly like the enemy, then he attacks them using their attacks, only more powerful..! And effective..! (BWAAAHH!!)

  • Shambler helper (Learns it)
    Shambler joins the team, and you can now use him for attacking the enemy, and such. His power level is N/A since he can't be hurt, but after awhile, if he's the only one that takes hits, he'll get fed up and just leave. The only attacks he can do is just a normal hit attack (slashing with his claws) and any kind of Lightning attack. (1, 2 and 3, and his own from when he's summoned..!)

    Level 3
  • Flash (figures it out herself)
    This one is an odd limit break. Cleo figured it out herself with her Flash Bahamut. She lifts up her arm, and Flash Bahamut appears. Then he attacks them with claws, teeth, etc. Then to finish it off, Flash does what he does at the end of when you summon him; He forms an energy source, then shifts his body up and fires. And/Or uses EVERY lightning attack all at once, including his own!

  • Meowzma (Given to her by Reeve, as Cait Sith)
    This one is a fairly simple limit break, but effective. Cleo runs over and starts slashing the crap outta all the opponents with her claws. Think of Cid's big brawl (Yeah, yeah, yeah. Her limit breaks suck, I know.)

    Level 4
  • Bastet (Tatu tells her that it's her neckless that allows her to do this limit break)
    Cleo takes her amulet and throws it up into the air. It glows a bright gold, then breaks apart and Bastet appears! (BWAAAH!!) She (ME!) Floats in the air for a bit, over looking the opponents, then does some weird arm movments while floating there still, at one point, aims at the opponents, then blasts the living @*$)@&$^!^% out of them..!! (MWAHAHA! **coughs** ..I mean..! Heh.) Always hits, never misses, and always leaves a rather large hole in the ground. ...Anyways, after that, She disappears in flash of Gold, Red and Black, Cleo's neckless appears in the air over head where Bastet had disappeared and drops into her hand, where she puts the necklace back on..!

    Other:
    Dragster: She to also knows much about machinery, and she also built her own bike! (MWAHAHA!) Called the Dragster! Not just an ordinary bike! But a flying one! (I know it seems a little far fetched, but trust me it's neat idea! And if ya had the right parts and etc. ya could probably pull it off, too! **dies**) It's just like a normal bike, just with added features, Like the wings; They can spred out and the bike can then act like a jet! It's her own idea since she loves motor bikes and air planes. (So do I.. I have a weird fancination about them..)

    Weapons: Cleo has 13 different spears. Her first spear is Fang, which comes initially equiped. The 12th spear is given to her by Reeve; Jungle Fever, which can cause poison. Her final spear is one given to her by Tatu, Cat Scratch. Zeberi gave her a 9 iron as a weapon for some odd reason.. .That's his lucky golf club! D'aaww..! The other 9 spears can be found or bought in numberous different places! For a complete list of all her spears.

    Description: Cleo doesn't really have any armor, except for the shoulder armor, and that's it! But Cleo does wear a golden headdress (That she's had since she was born), a gold earring, a red jacket, sort of a light turqoise coloured top underneath; that is just white though (WTF?!), gloves with golden braclets, and jeans rolled up into shorts. (and of course just some plain ole' boots). After awhile, she gets a new headdress, that has more red along the back, and a blue and gold feather in it. And of course, her gold cat-headed necklace. She has scars underneath each of her eyes, and weird tattoo's on her head (Her Headdress covers them), on her arms (Near the shoulder), one on the base of her rib cage (Eehh-heh..), one on her left outter teigh, one of her right ankle, and a weird dragon shaped one on her back..! (It kinda looks like Flash Bahamut.. .!)
